Refund Policy
1. Booking Confirmation
- A booking is confirmed once payment or deposit has been received and a confirmation message or receipt has been issued.
- The payment secures your reservation and blocks the apartment for your stay period.
2. Cancellation by Guest
a. Short-Term Stays (daily/weekly rentals):
- 75% refund if cancellation is made 7 days or more before check-in date.
- 50% refund if cancellation is made 3–6 days before check-in date.
- No refund if cancellation is made within 48 hours of check-in or for no-shows.
b. Long-Term Rentals (monthly stays):
- If canceled before move-in date, 75% of the security deposit will be refunded.
- Once the rental period has started, the first month’s rent and deposit are non-refundable.
3. Cancellation by Property Owner/Manager
In the rare event that we must cancel a confirmed booking due to unforeseen circumstances (such as property damage, maintenance, or safety issues):
- Guests will receive a full refund of all payments made.
- We will make reasonable efforts to help arrange alternative accommodation, if available.
4. Early Departure
If a guest chooses to leave before the agreed check-out date:
- No refund will be issued for unused nights or remaining rental days, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Refund Processing
- All eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days of cancellation approval.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during booking.
- Transaction fees or payment gateway charges (if any) may be deducted from the refund amount.
6. No Refund Situations
Refunds will not be provided under the following conditions:
- Violation of house rules leading to eviction (e.g., smoking indoors, property damage, illegal activities).
- No-shows or failure to check in on the scheduled date.
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, travel restrictions, strikes, etc.) — unless otherwise stated in national regulations or special terms.
7. Modifications and Rebooking
- Requests to change dates or extend stay are subject to availability and price adjustments.
- If new dates are accepted, the previous payment will be applied toward the modified booking (no additional refund will be made).
