House Rules

Please follow these rules during your stay:

1. General Conduct

• Please treat the apartment and neighbors with respect at all times.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Avoid loud music, parties, or gatherings during this time.
• Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Any visitors must leave by 10:00 PM unless approved by the owner/manager.

2. Cleanliness & Maintenance

• Keep the apartment clean and tidy. Dispose of garbage properly in the designated bins.
• No smoking inside the apartment. You may smoke only in designated outdoor areas (if available).
• Report any damages or maintenance issues immediately to the landlord/manager.
• Do not move or remove furniture, appliances, or decorations without permission.

3. Safety & Security

• Always lock doors and windows when leaving the apartment.
• Do not share keys, access codes, or keycards with anyone who is not a registered tenant.
• In case of an emergency (fire, medical, etc.), contact the local authorities and inform the landlord as soon as possible.
• Candles, incense, or open flames are not permitted inside the apartment.

4. Utilities & Appliances

• Use electricity, gas, and water responsibly — turn off lights, AC, or fans when not in use.
• Do not tamper with electrical wiring, internet routers, or other technical installations.
• If you experience an issue with any appliance, notify the landlord; do not attempt to repair it yourself.

5. Pets (if applicable)

• Pets are allowed (extra fee).
• If allowed, tenants must ensure pets are well-behaved and clean.
• Pet owners are responsible for any damage or noise caused by their animals.

6. Parking & Common Areas

• Use only your designated parking space, if provided.
• Keep hallways, staircases, and shared spaces free of personal belongings.
• Respect shared facilities and clean up after use.

7. Check-in & Check-out (for short-term rentals)

• Check-in: 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM
• Check-out: 12:00 PM
• Late check-out without prior notice may incur an extra charge.
• Please ensure all personal belongings are taken and keys returned upon departure.

8. Damage & Liability

• The tenant is responsible for any damage, loss, or excessive wear and tear caused during their stay.
• The landlord/owner is not responsible for loss of personal items or accidents due to negligence.

9. Prohibited Activities

• No illegal activities, drugs, or weapons are allowed on the premises.
• No commercial filming, events, or subletting without written permission.
• Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of the lease and forfeiture of the security deposit.
